This was my first went to Grin nails, the service was excellent 10 min pedi massage, all staffs were so nice, I will be back.

I didn’t want to give a one star but to leave a review I unfortunately had to. I went in the day before Christmas and asked for a gel polish change. They said they did not do it but if they were going to it would be $40 so after tip, it would be a $50 gel polish change which I thought was ridiculous! She also was so rude! I went up the road and got a $25 polish change and was served appetizers and a mimosa with a smile!! BTW their nail salon was packed for a reason!! Merry Christmas Grin Nails...

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was pretty bummed after going to this salon. I called to see if they could fit me in at 6pm for dip nails and they said no at first, but then called me right back and said no problem, come on in! I got there a little early at 5:45 but they didn’t get started till a little after 6 (which is totally fine!) but proceeded to give the most rushed dip removal / manicure I have ever received! They burned my nails and my hands as they were trying to speed up the removal process with hot towels and the file on high. By the time I got my new polish, they didn’t do a normal topcoat (like they didn’t use the UV light) my nails were still rough on top? They also had a mistake on one nail and instead of fixing it, they just asked if it was fine, and I guess I just felt bad making them re-do the nail so I said it was fine😂 I totally understand wanting to close up shop asap with your last client, but maybe don’t take me if you don’t want to take the time to give a normal manicure? It was painfully awkward as it was clear I was keeping them from closing early but not sure what I was supposed to do as they told me to come at 6 and I did! Not the end of the world but there are so many great / normal salons out there I just wouldn’t go here. Also, I know a lot of salons are like this, but it was also very dirty which kinda grosses me out / rather avoid it I can!

Today was my first time trying Grin nails and I could not be happier! What a wonderful place! The service from every person there was incredible. The energy of the whole place just exudes joy and peace. I am hooked and will only be going to this place from not on.

Seriously could not be happier with my experience! I called ahead for an appointment and Melina was my nail tech for my first set of acrylics. The first picture was my reference and the second picture was what I got. Amazing! I am SO happy, they look phenomenal! They are extremely sturdy and beautifully shaped. I then got a pedicure from Hannah which was so nice and relaxing. The salon was very clean, too! I was really blown away by my experience and will absolutely be returning!
